Step-by-step introduction that highlights page elements chosen by CSS selector. Steps without a matching element appear in the center.

Example

`ActiveIndex`	`int`	Index of the current step. Use with @bind-ActiveIndex.
`Class`	`string`	Extra CSS classes added to the root element.
`Open`	`bool`	Whether the tour is running. Use with @bind-Open.
`Steps`	`IReadOnlyList<TourStep>`	TourStep(selector, title, text) items.
`Style`	`string`	Inline style added to the root element.

Event	Type	Description
`ActiveIndexChanged`	`EventCallback<int>`	Raised when the step changes.
`OpenChanged`	`EventCallback<bool>`	Raised when the tour finishes or is skipped.
