Ready-made loading placeholders: card, list, table, profile and paragraph. They announce a busy state to screen readers.

Parameter	Type	Description
`Class`	`string`	Extra CSS classes added to the root element.
`Kind`	`SkeletonKind`	Paragraph (default), Card, List, Table or Profile.
`Rows`	`int`	Number of lines or rows.
`Style`	`string`	Inline style added to the root element.
