BusyOverlay

Free

Wraps a region and, while Busy is true, dims it and shows a spinner on top. The cover blocks the mouse, marks the region with aria-busy and announces the label. DelayMilliseconds (150 by default) keeps fast actions from flashing the spinner. Pair it with FormState when the keyboard must be blocked too.
