ScrollToTop

Floating button that appears after scrolling down and returns to the top of the page. It needs no round trip to the server.

`Class`	`string`	Extra CSS classes added to the root element.
`Style`	`string`	Inline style added to the root element.
`Threshold`	`int`	Scroll distance in pixels after which the button appears (default 300).
