Arranges labels and fields in a responsive twelve-column grid, with titled sections.

`ShowErrorSummary`	`bool`	Shows the validation summary of the surrounding EditForm above the form.
`Spacing`	`int`	Gap in multiples of 0.25rem.
`Style`	`string`	Inline style added to the root element.
