TimeRangePicker
FreeStart and end time in one field, each written in the format of the current language like TimePicker. The value is a TimeRange. The end must not be before the start unless AllowOvernight is set.

StepSeconds | int | Step of the arrow keys in seconds (below 60 also shows seconds). |
Style | string | Inline style added to the root element. |
Value | TimeRange | Current value. Use with @bind-Value. |
