Ring that shows a determinate progress value. For unknown durations use Spinner.

`Class`	`string`	Extra CSS classes added to the root element.
`Label`	`string`	Visible label text (charts: accessible name; IconButton: accessible name and tooltip).
`Max`	`Double`	Largest allowed value (ProgressBar: the value that means 100%; Rating: number of stars).
`ShowValue`	`bool`	Shows the current value next to the slider.
`Size`	`Size`	Small, Medium (default) or Large; Dialog also has ExtraLarge.
`Style`	`string`	Inline style added to the root element.
`Value`	`Double`	Current value. Use with @bind-Value.
