Tooltip

Free

Short hint shown on hover and on keyboard focus. Pure CSS, so it also works before the page becomes interactive.

`ChildContent`	`RenderFragment`	Content rendered inside the component.
`Class`	`string`	Extra CSS classes added to the root element.
`Placement`	`TooltipPlacement`	Top (default), Bottom, Left or Right.
`Style`	`string`	Inline style added to the root element.
`Text`	`string`	Text content (Tooltip: the tooltip text, Avatar: a name that becomes initials, ListItem: the main line).
